Your Partner's in Wellness

Our work is built on partnership grounded in trust, professional expertise, and a willingness to learn alongside the agencies we serve. Each member of our team brings both education and lived experience, and we approach every partnership with respect for the realities leaders and personnel face. We listen first, adapt to what each agency needs, and work together to support thoughtful decisions and meaningful change.

Peer Support Lead

Shannon brings deep lived experience in public safety to her role on the Thin Line Consulting team. With more than seventeen years as an emergency dispatcher, she understands what it means to stay steady under pressure and to care for peers who carry cumulative stress. Her coaching style is caring and compassionate, and her work helps agencies move beyond symbolic programs toward peer support that truly serves their people.

How We Work as a Team

We work as an integrated team rather than in isolation. Different perspectives, including clinical, coaching, health, and peer support, inform our work depending on what leaders and agencies need in the moment. This team-based approach allows us to stay thoughtful, ethical, and responsive rather than rigid or one-size-fits-all.

Our team supports agencies through consulting, coaching, and education. Each service draws on different areas of expertise, guided by timing, context, and leadership priorities. The goal is not to apply everything at once, but to use what fits best

We listen before we recommend.
We adapt to context, not templates.
We respect leadership and lived experience equally.

Our work is shaped by collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to serving public safety with care and integrity. We believe strong outcomes come from strong relationships, and we approach every partnership with curiosity, humility, and responsibility. Whether through consulting, coaching, or education, our team works together to support leaders and agencies in building wellness that truly lasts.
